UK Shipping: For all handmade items please allow 10 working days for the item to be made and 3-5 working days for it to be shipped. You should receive your item within two weeks. International Shipping: For all handmade items please allow 10 working days for the item to be made and 7-10 working days for it to be shipped. You should receive your item within three weeks. Returns
If there is a problem with your order you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it. If the item appears to have been worn or washed, we cannot accept the return and cannot refund you. We cannot accept returns after this period of time. Please contact me through the contact us page to request a return address.
Terms & conditions
We must receive payment for the whole price of the items that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form.
